Elena Yavorski LMT, CST-T
Hi!! My name is Elena Yavorski. I am a licensed massage therapist, certified craniosacral therapist, and mama to my sweet little boy.
My journey into craniosacral therapy started long before massage school. Growing up, my mom struggled with autoimmune issues and found so much relief through craniosacral therapy and bodywork. Watching that planted a seed in me early on how God created our bodies with the ability to heal when given the right support.
I grew up in a big family surrounded by siblings, cousins, and lots of little ones. Throughout high school, my job was caring for children in many different families. That’s where I first began noticing how deeply a child’s nervous system affects the way they grow, connect, respond, and move through the world. I saw firsthand how children who experienced stress or difficult beginnings could soften, connect, and heal through safe touch and regulation.
That curiosity led me into massage school, and immediately after graduating, I continued into craniosacral therapy training.
Fast forward through 10 intensive trainings over the last 3 years, I am now certified through the Upledger Institute and have become a mom myself.
Motherhood completely deepened my understanding of this work. My son and I struggled a lot in the beginning with breastfeeding. We dealt with a painful latch, tension, and tears nearly every feeding session. I thought that this was supposed to be the easy part! Thank the Lord, through releasing tension in his body, supporting his nervous system, and learning how connected our regulation was as mother and baby, things slowly began to shift. Eventually, breastfeeding became peaceful for both of us. That sparked a massive urge to help mothers because I know what it feels like to be deep in those trenches feeling like it is never going to get better and breastfeeding IS possible!
Experiencing the healing power of craniosacral therapy with a professional and at-home bodywork work firsthand with my own child changed everything for me.
My goal is not to have moms feel dependent on professionals forever. Yes, support matters, but I also want moms to feel empowered. I want you to know that you play a powerful role in your baby’s healing, regulation, and development too. Through gentle connection and simple at-home bodywork tools, you can continue supporting your baby long after the session ends.
That’s me! I cannot wait to walk alongside you as you learn to connect more deeply with your baby and support them with confidence.
